Here are a few words from a few of our clients...

"Ellen has a gift for making you feel relaxed even before the massage begins. Her office is comfortable and inviting and she will match her knowledge of
many techniques to what your needs are. My monthly sessions with Ellen have brought me far on my path to feeling better!" --slg

"Ellen designed my massage around my stress areas and completely met my needs to help my body relax and recharge. After my massage by Ellen, I felt
completely relaxed and my muscles were free from tension and stress. She created a safe and comfortable atmosphere for me to relax and reap the
benefits of the skillful massage she provided. The massage helped me recharge and re-energize my mind and body. I would definitely recommend a weekly
massage by Ellen as not a luxury but as a necessity to maintain a healthy lifestyle." --sb

"I began receiving prenatal massage around my 6th month of pregnancy with my fourth child. This was my first experience with massage during pregnancy.
At first, I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure what to expect. I was concerned with the effects it would have on my baby. I talked with my OB/GYN before
beginning the massage. He put my mind at ease and said it was fine, as long as the massage therapist was certified in prenatal massage. Hooray! I was
    anxious to start!

I must say that after a few sessions, I noticed several changes. I found that after my massage sessions, I slept better, felt more relaxed and counted the days
until my next massage. It was nice to go weekly and have my sore spots worked on. Since my first pregnancy, I have had a problem with the sciatica in my
lower back. There were several weeks that Ellen worked on my back. It was amazing to have the pain disappear and actually feel like I could move and bend
like I wasn't pregnant! I was also surprised to find that the massage appeared to have an effect on my labor. My husband noticed that it seemed like I was in
a meditative state when my contractions became intense (just before the baby was delivered). I think it had a great deal to do with the massage since I
"learned" how to relax and had received positive encouragement that I could endure the labor. My only regret is that I didn't go through with the massage with
    my other three pregnancies!!!" --wl
